A strong and dark beer - a winter warmer. Refreshingly mellow and light enough to enjoy with winter food.

My top find for 2009! In a small pub in Keighley, West Yorkshire in June this 'seasonal winter warmer' really hit the spot. An exceptionally well kept pint, the fruity & nutty aroma matched the velvety texture of the beer through the glass.
Those fruits and nuts came out in every mouthful with a delicious and slightly rich-edged afertaste, leaving me ready for a second pint.
I'll eb back to The Boltmakers in keighley for more in 2010!
